APPA Certified CEC (Continuing Education Course) is a method of introducing each other to APPA-certified training courses conducted by each APPA member country and encouraging participation. APPA Comprehensive Course Level 1
This course consists of the essential parts of the most basic comprehensive Pilates instructor training course. APPA's course curriculum will be confirmed in November 2024. The basic details are as follows:
In the pre-course stage, you will learn knowledge such as physiology, anatomy, and posture analysis that you need to know before receiving leadership training.
The Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrel, and Cadillac courses are taught in stages.

In the post-certification course, you will familiarize yourself with the information and acquire the skills necessary to become an instructor after passing the certification exam.
Faculty responsible for APPA's own training courses are selected from among APPA certified IT (Instructor Teachers). We hold master schools twice a year and select at least 4 international faculty each year. IMIT International Master Instructor Teachers were selected from at least 6 to 10 countries. As a faculty member, you are qualified to create and teach APPA's own leader training manual. IMIT requires you to complete approximately 30 hours of Master School training over approximately 6 weeks. Detailed information about the Master School will be released on the site after June 2025.
