A Dedicated Professional Program Exclusively for the Pilates Industry

Pilates Center Expert Owner Course PCEO

These days, it’s hard to succeed just by running a simple Pilates studio. To grow, you need to manage it like a real business.

A successful Pilates studio needs more than just good classes — it requires a clear system for operations, staff management, business planning, and marketing.

In South Korea, where there are over 12,000 Pilates studios for a population of 45 million, only the best-managed ones stand out and survive.

In this program, we’ll share real business know-how and strategies used by top-performing studios in one of the most competitive Pilates markets in the world.

For a Successful Pilates Studio CEO

Junior Owner Course

Beginner Studio Owner Course
For studio owners with less than 2 years of operation
Target: Owners with less than 1 year of experience as an instructor, or no instructor experience at all

  • Studio owners with both limited experience and a short studio history, making it difficult to build word-of-mouth reputation.
  • Even if the owner has some experience as an instructor, they lack hands-on management experience, leading to low confidence and poor preparation for running the studio.

Senior Owner Course

Experienced Studio Owner Course
For studio owners with over 2 years of operation
Target: Owners with more than 3 years of prior hands-on experience as an instructor

  • Capable of running the studio in their own way based on their instructor experience, but results may not meet expectations.
  • Often in a phase of trying various approaches and taking risks, yet struggling to see clear or effective outcomes.

Key Features of the PCEO Course

Marketing Without Owner's Managerial Competence Is Meaningless

In a Pilates studio, the owner’s competence as a professional manager is far more important than any marketing strategy. No matter how skilled the instructors are, if the owner lacks philosophy and ability in business management and operations, it inevitably weakens team cohesion, sense of belonging, and attachment to the studio. Ultimately, if the owner cannot lead the studio proactively, no marketing effort will produce sustainable results.

An Owner's Indifference Sets the Limit of the Studio

Delegating unfamiliar areas of studio management to instructors in the name of "division of labor" is a highly risky practice. From operations, administration, and planning to client consultations and retention — every flow of studio management requires the owner’s full understanding and active involvement.

The PCEO Course Is a Hands-On Business Program for Studio Owners

The PCEO (Pilates CEO) course is not based on abstract theory but is a practical, management-focused program delivered directly by an owner with over 20 years of Pilates studio operation experience. This course is a specialized curriculum designed exclusively for studio owners, offering real-world insights and strategies you won’t find anywhere else.

Your Competitors Can’t Decode This Course — But You Can Lead Ahead

Become a true expert in running your studio. PCEO is your first step forward.
