Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with a specialized application. You can save your home's maps and create cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate around rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, stuffed with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it is naturally with features. It's able to both sweep and mop in one session, and it can even lift its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from becoming too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to identify pets, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested so far. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on an object.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically as it transitions between tile and laminate or hardwood flooring, as well as carpet or rugs, in order to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be cleaned and dried in the dock and the dust container is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, only having to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop- and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

This is a highly complete and robust product, with the only drawback being that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can afford the price we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its high-end price is justified by its robust feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is among the most expensive robotic cleaner and mop vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it performed well throughout the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on all kinds of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for mopping, and dry the mop pads for you. It also has a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions with its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. In addition, its mops aren't as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's many premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced regularly too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a budget, I suggest considering a more rudimentary model that allows you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase but its high cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a desire than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that will remove dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet mess look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combo has a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts an enormous battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It even comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it goes and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-cleaning to rinse off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it receives a constant supply of fresh, ozonated filtered water from the dock. As it rotates, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds a decent amount of water and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package, just like most other robotic vacuums/mops. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This can be done in the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaners.

Like most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a couple times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my testing however this can be fixed when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot mop that can be bought at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum, but it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of a space before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite extensive, and provides many options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start a full map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can pick specific rooms, expandable zones or even a routine you've created. There are several mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors of the mops to determine the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, as all Roborock models that we've test. Its navigation system works well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. Its 'Normal' pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too, though it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

This machine has one major issue: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who regularly autonomous vacuum before using their robot. There's a simple solution: the app offers a feature that allows you to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. You can make use of the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces and dust that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice touch, and it helps the robot make its clean better than its cheaper rivals.
